The following terms regulate the purchase conditions of the different products offered on our website: www.martechcorporation.com owned by MARTECH GROUP EQUIPMENTS, S.L. with Tax Identification Number (N.I.F.) B02268589 and users fully agree to these conditions and to be bound by them.
MARTECH GROUP EQUIPMENTS, S.L. reserves the right to make the modifications and technical improvements to he products caontained in its catalogue considered appropiate for their best performance.
To be considered accepted, the orders must be confirmed by our company. Order cancellations are not accepted once the products have left our warehouse.
Unless clearly indicated in the promotion, the prices are for goods delivered to our warehouse and do not include any other expenses such as customs or clearance costs that will be subject to additonal charges. As for the packaging, regular packaging is included; if maritime or reinforced packaging is required, it will also be subject to additional charge.
Completing the purchase form when placing the order implies the acceptance of the price offered. If the payment method selected is PAYPAL, the purchase will have a surcharge of 3.2%, which is the fee charged by this platform that will be added to the final price of the product. If you go for CASH ON DELIVERY, the purchase will have a surcharge of 3%, which is the additional amount charged by the shipping company.
Our delivery times are estimated, under no circumstances therefore may damages be claimed in this regard.
The transport company will be selected by MARTECH GROUP EQUIPMENTS, S.L. and, regardless of the insurance coverage, the goods travel at the own risk ofthe client who must verify that the packages arrive in good condition and as stated in the delivery note. Otherwise, you must make the appropiate claims for damages or delays to the transport company. Unloading the goods shall be at the client´s expense.
Order cancellations can only be made when the goods have not yet been dispatched by MARTECH GROUP EQUIPMENTS, S.L.
Returns of orders will only be accepted when the following criteria are met:
A.- All returns shall be received freight prepaid.
B.- Under no circumstances will returns be accepted for items that are not completely new and that are not returned with the original packaging and all accessories.
C.- The maximum period to return an order is calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, as determinated by current legislation.
D.- Returned goods must arrive together with their corresponding delivery note or invoice, indicating on it the date of supply and the reason for the return.
E.- All returns will be subject to a 10% handling charge in addition to all shipping costs.
The refund of the order amount will be made through the same payment method used by the client within a maximum period of 30 days.
The replacement or repair under warranty will be carried out once the goods have been received at our facilities. All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months. All products that have been manipulated or that, due to lack of maintenance or misuse, may alter their correct operation and performance, are excluded form the warranty.
It is mandatory read all the instructions that come with the equipment for correct handling and maintenance. All trips and journeys, stays and working hours that the staff of MARTECH GROUP EQUIPMENTS, S.L. motivated by the buyer´s lack of knowledge of the use of the machinery, or by any matter unrelated to manufacturing defects, will be at the client´s expense.
All goods remain the property of MARTECH GROUP EQUIPMENTS, S.L. until the full payment of the supply invoice is made by the client. In case of litigation, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdictions ans domiciles.
