The marketing of the products included in the above lines of business is governed by the following General Terms and Conditions of Purchase.

Shipping costs and / or management are not included in the price and will be shown to the customer before finalizing your purchase, depending on the shipping address of each order.

The orders can be cancelled totally or partially as long as it has not been managed in the warehouses of Martech Group Equipments, S.L.. For any cancellation of the order, it will have to notify it as soon as possible through the e-mail online@martechcorporation.com.
Any difference in amount between the original order and the modified one will be processed following the procedure corresponding to the chosen payment method. MARTECH GROUP EQUIPMENTS, S.L. will not assume the costs of return and reshipment.
For its part, MARTECH GROUP EQUIPMENTS, S.L. may not replace a product or product model without prior consultation with the customer. In the event that, for reasons beyond the control of MARTECH GROUP EQUIPMENTS, S.L., the supply of the order is not possible, the customer will be offered the possibility of exchanging it for a substitute product of similar characteristics, granting the right to cancellation of the order by the customer.

- The DHL transport agency is in charge of MARTECH's shipments. When the order has been processed, the customer will receive an email with the tracking of the shipment of his order. The delivery times will be between 48-72H from the departure from our warehouse.
- The maximum period to request any return to MARTECH is 10 calendar days.
- The shipping costs of any return or exchange will be borne by the customer.
- We will not accept any return freight collect that has not been previously authorized.
- It is an essential condition that the material to be paid is in perfect condition for sale, in its original unopened packaging.
- The payment will be made once the material has been received and verified that it complies with the necessary conditions for its sale.
- MARTECH reserves the right to penalize up to 10 points (minimum 18€) the credit of the returned goods for warehouse management and handling costs.
- The deadlines for products on order are only estimated deadlines.
- Once the acceptance of the return has been communicated, the delivery time is 2-3 days.
- Compliance with these requirements is important in order to provide a better service to all MARTECH customers.
